CASE STUDY № 04

Casetta Hotels.

California · New Mexico · New York · Portfolio brand architecture · 2024–2025

One brand architecture holding five hotels in three states — distinct voices, a shared spine, and investor materials to match.

The challenge

A portfolio that grew faster than its brand.

Casetta grew property by property, and the brand grew with it unevenly. Expansion into New Mexico and New York required an architecture that let each hotel keep its own voice while the portfolio read as one company — to guests, to press, and to investors.

What I did

One spine, five voices.

Brand evolution

Worked with an agency partner to realign portfolio positioning, then led the rollout across every hotel, guest touchpoint, and digital platform.

Narrative & verbal identity

Built the messaging architecture that gives each property a distinct voice inside one recognizable company.

Content frameworks

Developed scalable content systems so a lean team could feed six properties without diluting quality.

Investor & sales materials

Created the sales and investor decks that carry the brand into ownership and capital conversations.

Commercial alignment

Partnered with Revenue and Sales on segmentation, pricing, quarterly pacing, and channel mix across the portfolio.

Partnership programs

Managed national partnerships including the Curacity program, run at a 3.12% effective commission.

The Curacity program

550 stays, $211,285 in revenue at a $278 ADR, $316,531 in media value, and 17.4M+ emails — a 35.6:1 ROI at a 3.12% effective commission rate.

The outcomes
